As an experienced AQA examiner, I offer 1:1 online tutoring sessions for A-Level students following the AQA A Level Sociology syllabus, delivered online at a mutually convenient time. Each session is 1 hour in length and costs £50. You can book as many or as few sessions as you need, depending on your goals.

Focus on AQA Exam Techniques

These sessions are specifically designed to build your confidence and sharpen your ability to tackle exam-style questions effectively. Together, we’ll focus on recognising what the questions are really asking, unpacking key terms, crafting well-structured responses, and handling time pressure during exams.

Before your first session, you’ll complete a brief diagnostic survey to highlight the exam skills you’re less sure about—such as organising essays, interpreting prompts, structuring paragraphs, or making evaluative points. This helps us make the most of each session with a clear and tailored approach.

Through screen sharing and carefully selected resources, I’ll walk you through planning methods, sample answers, assessment criteria, and helpful sentence frameworks. There’s no compulsory written homework, but I’m happy to offer feedback on any practice work you choose to do in your own time.

Payment is taken in advance through PayPal. Sessions are adaptable to your preferences, with a clear focus on strengthening the exam strategies that will have the greatest impact on your performance.
